Well. I think I've found my "deployment song". Everyone has one. It's a song that just says so much about the experience. For me, I've handled the whole thing well, it's only every once in awhile that I let it get to me. It's just at night, when you start to worry, and you can't sleep, that it hits you.Everyone says, "oh, just STAY BUSY!" (which drives me crazy.)
What people don't seem to understand, is that it doesn't matter "HOW BUSY" I stay throughout the day. I'm still coming home by myself. Still eating dinner by myself. And still going to bed by myself. All the time. Every single day. But hey. I just close my eyes each night, and I'm another day closer!!!!!!
I'm normally not the biggest fan of Taylor Swift. I don't dislike her, just don't usually listen to her music... now The Civil Wars, on the other hand, are AMAZING. So, of course I would like this song. The video, not so much. And I haven't read Hunger Games yet. (I KNOW. THE SACRILEGE!)
