Yesterday was Momma Moo day, also known as“Mother’s Day.” I am SO GLAD I got to be home this year for it! I’m so blessedto have such a wonderful, funny, and beautiful Momma Moo!I also spent this last Friday with my FAVORITEMIL ever. (Haha kidding. She’s the only one I’ve ever, and WILL ever have!) Shealso deserved some serious recognition for what an amazing job she did with herson. I’m serious. She has raised an amazing guy and my soul-mate! I couldn’t bemore thankful for her!
My Momma Moo and I are a lot alike in someways, and not so much in others. I just don’t know where I would be without myMomma Moo. I was definitely (and still am) a very opinionated and stubborn kid,so I have to credit her with some serious patience! But you know, I’m not goingto brag about what a wonderful child she raised, ahem… because that would bebragging on myself…. (haha kidding) But really, she has been such an amazingMom to my brother and I over the years. She is always nothing but supportive,and that means a lot in my book!
For Mother’s Day this year, we went to myparent’s church, followed by a DELISH lunch from a Japanese Habachi grill. Ialso gave Momma Moo the Vera Bradley makeup case I’ve been eyeing for her sincethe new pattern came out! I think she loved it! We also went and saw my Dad’s mom, who iscurrently in a nursing home and brought her some pretty flowers and a Mother’sDay card! We then made sure to have the mandatory "family photo shoot" once we got home! Complete with silly out-takes and bloopers. I'm such a photogenic young lady.. right?

It was a fabulous day! I made sure totext/tweet/call some of the amazing mommas and soon to be mommas, as well asmoms of the “fur baby” variety! (like me!) Would you believe that my stinker of a puppydidn’t get me ANYTHING for Mother’s Day? His dad (Snookums) said it was becausehe wasn’t here to “help him pick it out”. HAHA. Speaking of Snookums, I’m pretty sure hemade his mom’s day by being able to call and say “Happy Mother’s Day” from thesandbox! He even got to say it to my Momma Moo!! Yesterday could not have been a betterSunday/Mother’s Day! I hope all of you had a fabulous one as well! 
Also. Can I just say that my Momma Moo is gorgeous?! And my parent's are just so darn cute...Just sayin'. Have a great day!
